ARCHIVE AND DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

The Municipal Archive Service of the Vila-seca City Council (AMVIL) manages the documentary heritage generated by the City Council itself within the framework of its administrative functions, as well as the funds that other entities, associations and individuals have transferred for their custody. This service meets both the needs of the municipal administration and the citizens' right of access to public information.

In addition to managing, organizing, conserving, disseminating and facilitating access to documentary collections, the Vila-seca Municipal Archive promotes and guides historical research initiatives and works to recover the municipality's documentary heritage.
