Programming

The Celler Museum, an experience about the winemaking process, the history of cooperatives and the fully restored Noucentista building.

The Winery Museum focuses on disseminating the value of the building, the architectural uniqueness of the so-called Wine Cathedrals and the practice of viticulture in the area over the last 100 years. A tour of the Museum's different interactive exhibits makes it easy to understand the history and the entire wine production process: from the initial moment of the harvest to its consumption.

Tradition and technology meet with the aim of allowing visitors to enjoy an experience through the senses, a modern and renewed image of past and current production.

A virtual experience

An innovative 5-minute virtual experience allows visitors to delve into the process of the first construction of the building by its architect, Pere Domènech i Roura, through great visual and sensory power, and the participation of the cooperative's own members.

Production room

The Winemaking Warehouse is where the farmers carried, weighed and pressed the harvest.
Today, a large video mapping projection narrates in an illustrated way the production of wine, from the harvest to the table.

In this room there are different interactives to learn and delve deeper into the creation, architecture and function of cooperatives and wineries in Tarragona and the rest of the territory.

Pressing room

Under the production room, the old pressing machines and the pumping systems to the vats and vats have been restored.

The museography of this room aims to deepen the history of the old cooperative winery, knowledge of wine production and the work of the Cooperative's winegrowing members.
