The Municipal Action Plan is the roadmap of the municipal government of Vila-seca for this term. It is a tool to learn about the main thematic axes into which the public policies that the City Council will deploy in our city will be divided until 2027. The PAM, which is structured in 10 axes that are articulated in 219 actions, allows you to monitor its progress and its degree of performance. 

The PAM incorporates two structural elements of a transversal nature that will permeate the municipal policies of the 2023-2027 mandate: guaranteeing the link with the goals and objectives of sustainable development of the United Nations 2030 Agenda, and with the Quality Plan that is being progressively implemented in the Vila-seca City Council.
