The Vila-seca City Council has recently launched a new information and citizen awareness campaign on civic duty and responsible pet ownership.
The initiative aims to promote responsible attitudes and contribute to maintaining public spaces in good conditions of coexistence, cleanliness and shared respect, aspects regulated in the current Vila-seca Civic and Coexistence Ordinance. In fact, in relation to this ordinance, over a thousand actions have been carried out in the last three years, specifically 1.215 administrative acts.
"Being fined is shit" is the direct and unabashed message of a communication proposal that has been deployed through the streets of the municipality with a clear, impactful and easily identifiable graphic image, adapted to various formats and supports distributed especially in the areas with the greatest problems. In addition, the campaign incorporates messages in four languages (Catalan, Spanish, English and French) with the aim of reaching all citizens and visitors to the tourist center of La Pineda.
The material produced for this action includes:
- 600 units of banners located on 300 streetlights in Vila-seca and La Pineda, with various models and languages.
- 7 information totems, of which 4 have been located on the promenade of La Pineda and 3 in the Historic Center of Vila-seca.
- 3 canvases with the campaign image distributed along La Pineda beach.
- Specific signage for the 15 mini-detail stores spread throughout the municipality.
- 1 1800 x 1350 mm information poster installed in the urban center of La Plana.
- 50 OPIs distributed in different parts of the municipality.
With this action, the City Council reinforces its commitment to maintaining public space, citizen coexistence and collective awareness of the importance of civic duty in the day-to-day life of the municipality.
