The Vila-seca City Council, through the Municipal Training Service of the Social Rights and Participation Area, has opened registrations for the new training courses scheduled for the months of September to December 2026. The new offer includes different actions aimed at improving the professional and personal skills of citizens, with proposals adapted to the current needs of the labor market.
The program includes training in areas such as customer service and commerce, logistics, digitalization, artificial intelligence, access control, school cafeteria monitoring, forklift operation and the development of cross-functional skills such as coaching and emotional intelligence applied to work.
The courses will be held in different parts of the municipality. In Vila-seca, among others, the training courses for school canteen monitors and food handling, warehouse logistics, digitalization, coaching and emotional intelligence or attention and sales in commercial establishments. In La Pineda, the School Canteen and Food Handling course will be held, while in La Plana, artificial intelligence training will be given.
At the same time, the Training Service continues to expand its offer of online courses, a flexible modality that allows participants to follow the training at their own pace, adapting it to their schedules and personal needs. New training proposals will also be incorporated in this format soon.
Registrations can be completed through the portal. soce.cat or in person at the Municipal Training Service, located at Carrer de l'Hospital, 1, by appointment, and also by telephone at 977 39 43 25. Places are limited and registrations will remain open until the groups for each course are complete.
