Closing of the courses of the Vila-seca City Council Training Service

The Training Service of the Vila-seca City Council celebrated the conclusion of its courses yesterday, with an event that took place in the Sicart Room of the Vila-seca Castle, chaired by the mayor of Vila-seca, Pere Segura, and the councilor for Social Rights and Participation, Lucía Teruel.

 

The event began with a presentation by Nando Coronado and, subsequently, the awarding of diplomas for the training courses carried out during the period 2025-2026 took place. During this period, a total of 25 face-to-face courses have been organized, with content of all kinds.

 

In addition, diplomas for Module C on knowledge of Catalan society and its legal framework were also awarded, a training aimed at newcomers that is offered by the Reception Service of the Social Rights and Participation Area of ​​the City Council.

 

During the closing ceremony, the mayor of Vila-seca, Pere Segura, wanted to highlight the importance of continuing education as a tool to improve employability and promote the personal and professional growth of citizens.
